FUND IREEHF LISBON AVENIDA – SICAFI

IREEHF LISBON AVENIDA – SICAFI is a private subscription, alternative, closed-end real estate collective investment undertaking, incorporated for the purpose of investing funds received from shareholders in real estate assets, holdings in real estate companies or in participation units or shares of other real estate investment entities.

SICAFI’s investment policy is passive and consists of the holding and management of its initial portfolio of real estate assets in a medium to long-term perspective throughout the duration of SICAFI, aimed at maximising the value of the assets and, in this way, increasing the value of the stakes held by the shareholders.

SICAFI will guide its investment policy by principles of rigour, profitability and risk, with a view to maximising the value of the shares through careful selection of securities, predominantly real estate, that enable generating income for SICAFI, both through the sale of real estate properties and the appreciation of their value over time.
